$34.95 per person for onsite shows, and $24.95 per ticket for Virtual Shows. (Please note, ticket may be higher during peak seasons or show times.)

We accommodate Charlotte team building events of all sizes! Utilizing the combination of both our arenas, we can host in-person team building events up to 70 people. For groups larger than this, we offer our Roadshow Package, which brings our famous Game Show Team Building Event to you!

All of our game shows follow the same structure and are always an amazing experience – whether the show is for your team building event, birthday party, or a friends and family group.

The only difference between our shows is based on your group’s ages and event type, our Tech/Producer will select questions in each game that are best suited your particular group. (For example, we may give more difficult questions to a corporate group vs a group of 10 year olds.)

The good news is all you have to do is show up ready to have fun – we’ll take care of the rest!

Game Show Battle Rooms is great for all types of team building groups! We have hosted thousands of corporate groups, small business teams, non-profit groups, sports teams, club teams, school groups, church groups, boy scouts, girl scouts, and more!

DRINKS: Our Charlotte location sells a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, hard seltzers, hard ciders, canned cocktails, sodas, sparkling waters, kombuchas, energy drinks and other beverages.

We are proud to serve several local Charlotte beers, including multiple selections from Lenny Boy, Wicked Weed, Sycamore, Legion and others.

CATERING: We work with variety of local Charlotte restaurants to offer catering options for your Charlotte Team Building Event, including Libretto’s Pizzeria, Blackfinn Ameripub, Burger 21, Mahana Fresh, Mellow Mushroom and Jersey Mike’s. 

SNACKS: We sell an assortment of snacks and quick bites at our facility as well, including sandwiches, chips, candy and bakery goods, among other items.

Absolutely! If your group size is larger than 20 people, we will extend your showtime to 75 minutes to make sure that each person has the chance to participate in the show, rotating guests back and forth from being a contestant and being part of the live audience throughout the experience.

Not a problem at all! If you would like to change your booking numbers, simply email us at charlotte@gameshowbattlerooms.com and let us know.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your show time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten your game time in the arena as there are other shows booked in the arena following your show. We appreciate your understanding and please arrive on time. Thank you!

Before you and your group enter the arena, there is a short pre-show presentation, which includes forming teams, choosing team names, creating name tags and going over game rules.

We rotate all our game content every month, and we have multiple versions of each game in each arena – this helps ensure that no one will have the same experience twice!

If you need to make any changes to your Atlanta Team Building Event, please email charlotte@gameshowbattlerooms.com.

CANCELATIONS:

• If you cancel your show 5+ days before your booking date, you WILL receive a full refund.

• If you cancel your show within 4 days of your booking date, you WILL NOT receive a refund. (We highly recommend rescheduling your show instead)

RESCHEDULING:

• If you provide at least 48 hours notice, you may reschedule your show with a $75 rescheduling fee. (This fee is waived is you are rescheduling due to extreme weather)

REFUNDS:

• If you notify us 5+ days before your booking day, you may reduce the number of tickets on your booking and receive a full refund for the price difference.

• You can always add tickets to your booking by emailing charlotte@gameshowbattlerooms.com. You can also add tickets onsite on the day of your booking.

If you do not have any interest in being a “contestant” in our experience, you are welcome to come and just watch – but why miss out on all the fun!

NOTE: We do reserve the right to charge or waive the cost of a “just watching” ticket, depending on a variety of circumstances. Please email charlotte@gameshowbattlerooms.com for more information.

Totally up to you! We have many ways of picking teams once everyone arrives – otherwise, if you want to have your group split up before you arrive, you can do this as well!

Yes, for large groups of 20+ people, we do add a minimum required gratuity of 8% for the increased coordination, energy and effort hosting extra large groups. That gratuity is split evenly between the dedicated hosts and techs of your show.

Please note, if your original booking was for less than 20 participants, but you add guests after the booking that put you over the 20+ person threshold, the required minimum gratuity will be applied.

If a time slot says WAIT LIST or FULL, it means that time slot has been booked by another customer and is generally unavailable.

For the time slots that say WAIT LIST, if you submit your information to that waitlist, you’ll immediately receive an email notification if that slot were to become available; this is dependent on the current booking canceling or moving.

Each time slot has three available waitlist slots; if the time slot says FULL, all three slots have been filled and you cannot submit your information to the waitlist.
